Company has implemented MS Dynamics Great Plains (GP)

ERP along with several add-on modules which interface with the GP application. These include the following:

 

Fleet Maintenance (FA Suite); Inventory Control (FA Suite); Budget (Forecaster); Procurement (Proactis).

Other interfaced modules are still in the implementation phase. The intention is to replace the currently

Implemented legacy system. Some applications have been installed and are in production. These include the following:

 Dynamic GP – Financial, Sales, Purchasing, Administration, Inventory, HR, Payroll, Project,

Professional PTO, Greenshades

 FA Suite (Fleet Maintenance)

 Proactis (Procurement)

 Forecaster (Budget)

 FRX (Report Generation)

 

 Others are purchased but not yet installed these include the following:  Retail Management System (RMS) (Point of Sale)  Business Portal (Employee self-servicing)  Grant Accounting (Custom application for Grants Accounting)

 

Company seeks a consultant that is experienced with the implementation of GP

Dynamics.  Knowledge of FA Suite,  Proactis and Forecaster is important to the success of the  Company’s efforts.

Contractor will be required to be on site for the first 320 hours of the engagement.

 

 The individual will be required to provide guidance on the best practices for the implemented applications as well as tier one support for problems on those applications as they arise. In addition, the individual will be expected to provide implementation support for those applications not yet implemented.
